Any orders placed on Philly Finest Hair Salon Inc. sites are non-refundable & no exchanges. Due to the pandemic.
Once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.
Our customer service team is available Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm & Saturday 9 am to 2pm EST to assist you with any questions or concerns you might have.
